Ingredients:
1 to 2 lb. broccoli, trimmed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. honey
2 Tbs. sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Chop broccoli into florets and steam 4 to 5 minutes, until just tender. Chill.
Mix remaining ingretients in a large bowl. Add broccoli and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
