Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh green beans
1 large ripe tomato
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

Prep time: 45 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Rinse green beans under cold water. Shake dry. Snap off ends and break into bite-sized pieces.
Add 2 inches water to a large pot. Place steamer basket in pot, and add green beans. Cover. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to medium-high and steam green beans 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Peel, deseed, and chop tomato. Place tomato and feta cheese in a large serving bowl. Add hot green beans. Mix well.
