Cranberry-Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 package ready-to-eat baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
apple cider vinaigrette

Prep. time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Combine spinach leaves, dried cranberries, and pine nuts. Serve with vinaigrette.
