Chris's Coleslaw

Ingredients:

1 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbs. cider vinegar
2 Tbs. mayonaise
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 medium cabbage, shredded
2 medium carrots, shredded

Prep time: 20 minutes
Yield: 6 servings

Combine half-and-half, sugar, cider vinegar, mayonaise, garlic and salt. Set aside

In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix thoroughly.
