Beefy Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. ground beef, crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped carrots
4 cups beef stock
1 tsp. olive oil
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup frozen cut green beans
1 1/2 cup broken spaghetti, uncooked
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tps. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. oregano

Prep time: 45 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

In a large casserole, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, carrots, and oil. Microwave at high about 5 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave at high until spaghetti is tender, around 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
