Terri's Baked Ham

Ingredients:

1 fully-cooked ham, about 8 lb.
10 to 20 cloves
8 pineapple rings
brown sugar
vinegar
yellow mustard

Prep. time: 2 hours
Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Preheat oven to 325º.

Place ham in a roasting pan, fat side up. Score fat in a diagonal pattern. Secure pineapple rings to the ham with toothpicks. Insert cloves into the ham around the pineapple rings.

Combine brown sugar, vinegar, and yellow mustard to make a paste. Brush mixture all over ham.

Tent aluminum foil over ham and seal securely to the edge of the roasting pan. Bake for 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 165°F. (If ham is spiral-cut, bake for 8 minutes per pound.)
