Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup key lime juice
Graham cracker crusts

Prep time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Yield: 6 servings
Preheat oven to 325º. Brush graham cracker crusts with egg whites. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Whisk egg yolks in a bowl until yellow has lightened slightly. Add condensed milk. Add lime juice to mixture only after pie crusts are ready. (Lime juice will thicken your filling mixture.) Pour filling into shells. Chilled for an hour or two before serving.
