Ingredients:
1 15-oz. can pumpkin
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 single pie crust, unbaked
whipped topping and nuts

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 8 servings
Preheat oven to 425º.
Combine pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º and continue to bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool pie before cutting.
Garnish with whipped topping and nuts. Refrigerate leftovers.
