Ingredients:
10 cups popped popcorn
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Yield: 10 cups
In a 4-qt. microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter on HIGH until melted (about 45 seconds). Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on HIGH until mixture boils (1 to 3 minutes) stirring once. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes without stirring. Stir in soda and vanilla. Stir in 10 cups popped popcorn, mixing well. Microwave on 70% for another minute. Remove from oven; stir again to coat popcorn evenly. Cool completely on cookie sheet. Break apart and store in tightly-covered container.
