Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick
2 to 6 shots of Tabasco sauce

Prep time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 dozen
Preheat oven to 400º.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into tablespoon-sized balls. (Can freeze for later use.) Bake at 400º for 15 minutes or until very hot.
