Glenda's Toasted Pecans

Ingredients:

2 Tbs. cooking oil
2 Tbs. margarine
1 lb. shelled pecan halves

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 8 servings

Preheat oven to 250º.

Melt oil and margarine in 13- x 9-inch pan. Spread pecans in the oil and margarine and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Salt to taste.
