Ingredients:
1 lb. proscuitto, thinly sliced
Dijon mustard
2 cans high-quality asparagus

Prep time: 15 minutes
Marinate time: 3 days
Yield: 16 servings
Coat a slice of proscuitto with mustard. Wrap around an asparagus spear. Place in a glass dish. Repeat until all of the asparagus is rolled.
Marinate in the refrigerator for three days.
