Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 dash Worchestershire sauce
1 dash white pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 lb. mushroom caps

Prep time: 45 minutes
Yield: 8 servings
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worchestershire sauce, and pepper. Dredge mushroom caps in butter. Pipe cheese mixture into caps with a cookie gun.
Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed or golden brown.
