Apricot Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:

1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup catchup
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 4 servings

Trim fat from chicken. Place in a 9x9-inch glass dish.

In small bowl, with spoon, mix apricot preserves, soy sauce, catchup, and brown sugar.

Pour half of the barbecue sauce over the chicken. Turn chicken to coat. Reserve the remaining half of the barbecue sauce for another use.

Marinade chicken in barbecue sauce at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium coals.
