Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Dash of ground nutmeg

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 10 servings

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill in the freezer for 45 minutes.
