Ingredients:
2/3 cup light virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 egg yolk (range free taste better!)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
cracked pepper to taste

Yield: 1 cup
Combine ingredients in a covered container. Shake well.
