Dump Cake

Ingredients:

1 can pie filling fruit
1 Jiffy cake mix or 1/2 other cake mix
1/4 cup butter
Vegetable cooking spray

Vanilla ice cream

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 4 servings

Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Pour fruit into dish, spreading evenly. Cover fruit evenly with cake mix. Dot top of cake mix with small pats of butter.

Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
