Glenda's Pineapple-Nut Cake

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 3/4 Tbs. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans

Prep time: 2 hours
Yield: 10 servings

Preheat oven to 325º.

Blend oil, sugar, and eggs. Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamnon, and salt. Blend well. Add other ingredients. Bake in tube pan at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
