Sour Cream Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 8 servings

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Cream first 4 ingredients well. Add baking powder, soda, flour, and vanilla extract. Combine thoroughly.

Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle half over the batter in the pan. Pour on remaining batter and the rest of the topping.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
