Glenda's Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients:

1 stick margarine, partially melted
4 eggs
2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 small box frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese

Prep time: 40 minutes
Yield: 12 servings

Preheat oven to 450º.

Partly thaw broccoli and pat with paper towels to remove some of the moisture.

Mix all ingredients. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 450º.
