Mint Tea Punch

Ingredients:

6 to 8 mint leaves
1 cup sugar
1 12-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 12-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate

Prep time: 20 minutes
Yield: 16 servings

Bring 4 cups of the water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and mint leaves. Steep for 10 minutes or longer, strain into a 1-gallon pitcher.

Add the sugar, orange juice concentrate, and lemonade concentrate; stir until dissolved. Add the remaining water and mix well.

Note: May reduce the orange juice concentrate to one 6-oz. can and add one 6-oz. can pineapple juice concentrate.
