Balsamic Marianated Chicken

Ingredients:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp. salt
3 lb. chicken breasts, thighs, and legs

Prep time: 3 hours
Yield: 4 servings

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375º.

Remove chicken, and place in a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish; pour marinade over top.

Bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until done, basting often with pan drippings.
